Authentic flavours with traditional slow and gentle roasting, revealing and protecting all the aromas. We roast our own coffee, tea, herbal teas and chocolates from fair trade and organic sources.
We roast ourselves coffees of noble and qualitative origins. Our roasting process respects the product by not cooking the beans to a dark point, which would burn the aromas. On the contrary, we bring the beans to a medium level, known as the "monk's robe", to obtain a balance between fruity and chocolate notes, the natural bitterness being reduced and used only for the length in the mouth.
