The story begins with the complicity of two cousins Gwenaël and Gaël having the same passion. It continues with the arrival of David who joins them in their idea of opening a brewery, rather like helping them to push the bobsleigh further towards, a what seems, promising future....
A restaurant kitchen is the perfect place to start making beer. A place full of flavours that undoubtedly inspired the first recipes for CABULE. So we started out with kits prepared for a specific recipe. As the tests went on, we wanted to create our own. Sometimes amber, sometimes brown, sometimes blonde, we tested new malts, hops and yeasts each time. This is where the project to open a microbrewery was born, with the desire to share our passion for beer and especially its production.
