General conditions of sale of the products of the Tourist Office Porte de DrômArdèche Tourisme
The present general conditions apply to the sale of products on the website www.autour-du-palais-ideal.fr
These conditions do not apply to the sale of packages and stays. They are sent on request to the tourist office.
>Article 1: Application and enforceability of the general conditions of sale
The fact of placing an order, implies the full and unreserved adhesion of the buyer to these general conditions of sale. Any contrary condition posed by the buyer will be, in the absence of express acceptance, inopposable to the seller whatever the moment when it could have been brought to his knowledge. The fact that the seller does not take advantage at a given moment of any of the present general conditions of sale, cannot be interpreted as being worth renunciation to take advantage later of any of the said conditions.
> Article 2: Order taking.
The information stated by the buyer, during the order taking engage this one: in case of error in the wording of the coordinates of the recipient, the salesman would not know how to be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.
The orders are final only when they have been confirmed by the payment of the price by the buyer. By clicking on the button “reserve” or “pre-book”, the customer declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale. After shipment, any modification or cancellation of the order by the buyer cannot be taken into consideration and the price paid will not be refunded. The offers of product are valid within the limit of stocks available held by the Office of tourism Porte de DrômArdèche. The stocks mentioned on the store are not the available stocks held by the Tourist Office Porte de DrômArdèche.
> Article 3: Delivery methods and times.
Deliveries are made by the Post Office, to the address indicated by the customer on the order form, within a maximum of 10 days.
> Article 4: Price
Prices are in Euro including VAT, standard packaging included excluding shipping costs.
The delivery costs corresponding to each destination are calculated according to the number and / or type of items ordered. The details of the delivery costs are mentioned in the “basket” after indicating the country of delivery.
For this reason, it is advised to group all the items selected in the “shopping cart” on the same order: the distinct orders cannot be grouped together at the time of their treatment and the shipping costs will be invoiced for each of them.
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
> Article 5: Payment
The payment is made online by credit card via the payment system Payzen
> Article 6: Transport
The goods travel at the risk of the customer who will be required, in case of deterioration, to make a claim to the Post Office. The seller cannot be held responsible in case of deterioration or loss of the package, nor even in case of late delivery.
> Article 7: Product return.
In accordance with Article L 121.20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the option of returning the product to the tourist office Porte de DrômArdèche Tourisme within seven working days of receipt, for reimbursement. The expenses of return are chargeable to the customer. The product purchased must be returned in its original condition.

The Tourist Office of Porte de DrômArdèche will proceed to the refund of the returned product of the amount including all taxes of its price within thirty clear days as from the reception of the returned product in its packing of origin.
> Article 8: Product warrantyt
Unless otherwise stated, the completeness of the products of the store l’Office de tourisme is not guaranteed.
> Article 9: Cancellation of show or concert
In case of cancellation, the tourist office will proceed to the reimbursement of the tickets purchased through the tourist office, upon return of the tickets and a bank account number within 60 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
> Article 10: Litigation
Claims or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith always being presumed in the one who takes the trouble to expose his situations.

Finality of processing

For the purposes of the processing, the purposes of which are described above, the data collected and processed are as follows:
– Identity: title, surname, first names, address, telephone number (landline and/or mobile), fax number, e-mail addresses, date of birth, internal processing code allowing the identification of the client
– The data relating to the means of payment: postal or bank statement, check number, credit card number, expiry date of the credit card;
– Data relating to the transaction such as the transaction number, the details of the purchase, subscription, good or service subscribed;
– The family, economic and financial situation: number of people in the household, number and age of children in the household, profession, field of activity, socio-professional category, presence of pets;
– Data relating to the follow-up of the commercial relationship: requests for documentation, requests for trials, products purchased, services or subscriptions subscribed to, quantity, amount, periodicity, delivery address, history of purchases and services, product returns, origin of the sale (salesperson, representative, partner, affiliate) or order, correspondence with the customer and after-sales service, exchanges and comments from customers and prospects, person(s) in charge of the customer relationship;
– Data relating to the payment of invoices: payment methods, discounts granted, receipts, balances and unpaid invoices
– Data relating to the selection of persons to carry out loyalty, prospecting, survey, product test and promotion actions;
-Data relating to the organization and processing of contests, lotteries and any promotional operation such as the date of participation, the answers to the contests and the nature of the prizes offered;
– Data relating to the contributions of people who post opinions on products, services or content, in particular their pseudonym.
Data Recipients
The recipients of your personal data are our own management teams and our technical service providers.
Origin of data
The data collected comes from the input made by the visitor on the booking tool.
Storage period
– Personal data relating to customers and collected for the purpose described above are kept for a period of five years from the end of the commercial relationship. This duration takes into account the cycle of stay observed in terms of tourist attendance and which is three years.
– The data allowing to establish the proof of a right or of a contract, or kept as a legal obligation, can be kept for a longer period and be archived in accordance with the provisions in force (in particular those provided for by the commercial code, the civil code or the consumer code).
– Personal data relating to a prospect who is not a customer may be kept for a period of 3 years from the date of their collection by the data controller or from the last contact from the prospect (e.g. request for documentation)
Right of access, right to object
– Under the provisions of Articles 38, 39 & 40 of the January 78 law, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose, for legitimate reasons, the collection and processing of your personal data.
