The ViaRhôna

This greenway starts at Lake Geneva and ends at the Mediterranean Sea, passing through the Drôme and the Ardèche. You alternate between the right and left banks by crossing the different bridges that span the Rhône. The continuity of the circuit on the territory offers you beautiful strolls of one hour, two hours or one day.

A course

ideal for families

Children will enjoy this no difficulty walk full of discoveries. Don’t hesitate to take breaks to admire the birds that populate the banks of the Rhone, the fauna (beavers, coypu, frogs), the flora… Depending on the season, you will cross orchards of apricot, peach or cherry trees. Explanatory panels mark out the course for a better understanding of the landscape. Do not hesitate to take your picnic, many places are arranged with benches, tables and dustbins.

boat and bike ?

An unforgettable moment on the water and by bike!
An original formula where you embark on the catamaran of the Canotiers du Rhône in Saint-Vallier or Tournon. After a cruise on the Rhône and a lock crossing in Gervans (impressive!), return to your starting point by bike along the Viarhona.
With your bike or by renting an electric bike on the boat!

A European soft track

The largest greenway in Europe. An 850 km cycling route along the Rhône that starts at Lake Geneva and ends at the Mediterranean Sea. In Porte de Drôm-Ardèche, you will ride on the section n°12: from Sablons to Tournon through Saint-Rambert-d’Albon and Sarras.
