There are a thousand and one ways to eat seasonal fruits: apricots, cherries, peaches, nectarines…
One of the ways to eat them: in clafoutis.

Laurence, who runs a bed and breakfast in La Motte de Galaure, La Méridienne des Collines, gives us her tips.
The guests love fruit clafoutis! Here’s a very simple and quick recipe.
The clafoutis is best enjoyed warm and cool, which is nice in the summer!

The recipe

Fruit Clafoutis

Based on 4 people | Very easy.

INTEGRATED

  • 150g flour
  • 90g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 375 ml milk
  • 100 g liquid cream
  • 600 g fruit (apricots, peaches, cherries…)

PREPARATION

– butter and sugar the pan
– place the fruit in the bottom of the pan
– mix all the ingredients and pour the mixture over the fruit
– sprinkle a little brown sugar on top
– bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees

Enjoy warm or cold. Serve by the slice or in individual dishes. Even more beautiful in a dish or plate Revol.
